In order to obtain enough money to put down a deposit for the venue, we are offering pre-sale tickets first for the price of $35 each ($5 discount for mulitiple tickets purchased at once) until February 28th. Then the price will will go up to $40 each ( $5 disocunt for multiple tickets purchased at once) until March 30th. After that, tickets will be $50 a piece (or $5 discount for multiple tickets purchased at once). The venue we are looking at is William R. Davies Park located at 4635 Pineville-Matthews Rd. in Charlotte. The dates we are shooting for are July 20th or July 27th. (July 13th worse case scenario) and time would be 6pm to 10pm.
